How Skin Animations Work with Fresh Moves
Fresh Moves is a resource pack that enhances entity animations in Minecraft, based on the Fresh Animations pack by FreshLX. If you'd like to add animations to your skin's eyes, here's a guide to help you get started.
๐ง How to Animate Your Skin's Eyesโ
-
Obtain the skin you want to use
You can download your skin from your Minecraft account, use a skin from NameMC, or any other skin you prefer. -
Choose a .png image editor
You'll need an image editor that supports transparency, such as Photoshop, GIMP, Windows 11 Paint, or Blockbench (recommended since it's free).
Once you've installed the editor, open your skin in it. -
Add extra pixels to your eyes
To animate the eyes, you'll need to add extra pixels to your skin based on the type and size of the eyes. Follow the specific instructions for configuring eyes in the full guide here.
Important: Do not modify your skin's face; do not delete any facial features so that players without the resource pack won't notice any difference. -
Save and upload your skin
Once editing is complete, save the modified file as skin.png and upload it to your Minecraft account or into the Minecraft launcher skin changer.
That's it, your eyes are now animated!
- If you have black eyes or want to disable first-person hand movement, you can refer to these guides to fix the issues:
