🪓 The Stonecutter

In NeoTerra, the Stonecutter is no longer just a crafting tool—it’s also a hazard for careless players!

⚠️ Danger: Stonecutter Damage​

If a player steps on a Stonecutter, they will take damage due to the sharp blades of the tool. Be careful where you walk, especially if you place these blocks in your base or work area!

🩸 Damage Details:​

  • Damage is taken every second while standing on the block.
  • The longer you stay, the more health you lose!
  • Armor and resistance effects can reduce the damage taken.

🏗️ Using the Stonecutter​

Despite the risk, the Stonecutter remains an essential tool for quickly shaping stone, wood, and other materials without needing a crafting table.

📌 Compatible Blocks:​

  • Stone → Slabs, Stairs, Walls
  • Granite, Diorite, Andesite → Polished variants
  • Quartz, Basalt, Sandstone, etc. → Quick transformations
  • Wood → Slabs, Stairs, Planks, Carved Variants

The Stonecutter can also work with wood, allowing for more efficient crafting without wasting resources.

💡 Tip: Avoid Injuries!​

  • Place slabs or carpets over the Stonecutter to prevent accidental damage.
  • Use the sneak key (Shift) to avoid falling onto it unexpectedly.
  • Keep animals and villagers away… unless you have other plans! 😈
